No. Everything we build is operated in plain English by whoever already does the work. We hand over written instructions and walk your team through it live, so nobody needs to understand what is happening underneath.
Most single-workflow builds run two to three weeks from discovery call to handoff. Voice agents usually take three to four weeks because they need call scripting and testing against real conversations. Larger multi-process engagements are scoped after discovery.
There is no list price because there is no standard build. Cost depends on how many steps a process has, which tools it touches, and whether your team wants training alongside it. The discovery call produces a fixed scope and a fixed price before any work starts.
The automations run inside your own accounts, on your own tools. We do not host your data or hold copies of it. Access can be revoked by you at any time without breaking anything we hand over.
Every build includes 30 days of support after handoff. Tools change, and something that worked in month one can need adjusting in month six, so ongoing support is available separately if you want it.
